The Palmer Historical & Cultural Center (PHCC) Announces their 13th Annual Tree & Wreath Festival

Three Rivers, Mass. The Palmer Historical & Cultural Center (PHCC), a former 1890’s Baptist and Union Evangelical Church now home to an event venue, has announced their 13th annual Tree & Wreath Festival. This festival is one of the largest events of its kind in the area and has grown tremendously over the past twelve years. The event aims to raise funds that will assist in the funding of various programs that include: live music, lectures and workshops, kids programs and other entertainment.

WHAT: PHCC will host their 13th annual Tree & Wreath Festival, featuring events for kids, live entertainment, a Tree & Wreath Raffle, and a Lions Club of Palmer Toy Drive collecting new, unwrapped toys; for each toy donated, each donor will receive 1 Tree & Wreath raffle ticket. Admission is FREE.

  • Friday, December 5th, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM
  • Saturday, December 6th-Sunday, December 7th, 2025 from 10:00-3:00 PM
  • Saturday, December 13th-Sunday, December 14th, 2025 from 10:00-3:00 PM

WHY: The Palmer Historical & Cultural Center (PHCC) in Three Rivers, Massachusetts, is a multipurpose performance center and function hall that provides an intimate venue for live music, guest lectures, movie screenings, weddings, performances, meetings and other cultural events. All proceeds from the 13th annual Tree & Wreath event will benefit PHCC, helping them continue to provide enriching programs and events not only to Palmer and the surrounding communities, but to all in the Pioneer Valley and beyond.

Ways the community can support:
  • Donations: For folks who wish to support this event without donating a tree or wreath, they are welcome to send monetary donations. 
  • Purchase Raffle Tickets at the Festival: Raffle tickets are $1 for 1 ticket and $5 for 10 tickets
  • Spread Awareness: Sharing information about the Palmer Historical and Cultural Center ensures their programs and preservation efforts receive the support they need.
  • Become a PHCC Volunteer: PHCC is often looking for help staffing events or completing projects.

Palmer Historical & Cultural Center: PHHC, Inc., a local non-profit group, purchased the former 1830s Evangelical Church for $1 in 2012 and turned it into the current Palmer Historical & Cultural Center. The Palmer Historical & Cultural Center is now a multipurpose performance center and function hall, providing an intimate venue for live music, guest lectures, movie screenings, and other cultural events. The Center also aims to add museum space featuring historical and period pieces from the local area in the near future.
