The Applied Mortgage Team at HMA Mortgage Gives Back on HMA Volunteer Day

Local family-legacy branch joins Habitat for Humanity Build Day in Greenfield, MA
 
Northampton, MA – The Applied Mortgage Team, a branch of HMA Mortgage, is excited to announce its participation in HMA Volunteer Day, a company-wide initiative dedicated to strengthening communities through service. On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the local team will join Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity for a Build Day in Greenfield, MA.
 
After careful consideration, The Applied Mortgage Team recently selected HMA Mortgage to serve as their parent company. This decision was made in part because they are a forward-thinking mortgage company which offers modern tools and flexible loan programs, but equally as important was their devotion to their branches honoring and developing deep-rooted local relationships.
 
As a trusted family-legacy mortgage provider since the 1980s, The Applied Mortgage Team has long valued community partnerships and believes in the power of neighbors working together to create positive change. This tradition will continue on HMA Volunteer Day when the team works on a Habitat for Humanity house.

Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity relies on volunteers for ninety percent of the work it takes to build each home. Volunteers are the backbone of the organization, providing hands-on help that creates immediate and tangible results for local families. This upcoming Build Day in Greenfield will bring together volunteers from across the community, including The Applied Mortgage Team, to help lay the foundation for another safe and welcoming home.
