LONGMEADOW, Mass. — Oct. 12, 2026 — One of our own is topping the Amazon charts. Local holistic practitioner and educator Saskia Coté, D.C.Ed, founder of The Healing Coöp, has released Lymph Drainage for Self Care, currently the #1 New Release in Skincare on Amazon. The book also ranks #44 in Holistic Medicine and #99 in Women's Health overall.
The book teaches readers simple lymphatic drainage techniques they can use at home. It translates methods long used in professional bodywork into clear, step-by-step routines for daily self care. Readers learn how the lymphatic system works and how gentle, rhythmic touch fits into a regular wellness and skincare practice.
"So many people come to my sessions asking what they can do between appointments," said Coté. "I wrote this book to put that answer in their hands. Lymph drainage doesn't have to stay in the treatment room. With a few minutes and the right technique, anyone can make it part of how they care for themselves."
Coté built her practice right here, teaching continuing education courses to massage therapists and seeing clients at The Healing Coöp. That hands-on, local background shapes the book: practical, body-literate and written for readers with no prior training.
"This community has supported The Healing Coöp from the very beginning," Coté said. "Seeing a book that started with conversations in my own treatment room reach readers across the country means a great deal. I hope my neighbors will pick it up too."
The early rankings place the book across three categories:
