Monson, MA – Monson Savings Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Natalie Santana as Residential Loan Servicing Manager. In this role, Santana oversees all aspects of the Bank's residential and consumer loan servicing and collections operations, while supporting the Bank's commitment to exceptional customer service and community-focused banking.News Release: 8/6/2026

As Residential Loan Servicing Manager, Santana is responsible for managing loan servicing functions including loan boarding, escrow administration, insurance and tax tracking, loan payoffs, lien releases, collateral management, and collections activities. She also leads and supports the Loan Servicing team, ensures compliance with regulatory and investor requirements, as well as collaborating with internal departments and third-party vendors to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Santana brings 19 years of banking experience, including 15 years specializing in loan servicing. Prior to joining Monson Savings Bank, she served as a Loan Application Specialist II with COCC (Connecticut On-line Computer Center), where she provided high-volume support to financial institutions using the INSIGHT core banking platform. In that role, she contributed to resolving complex issues, collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows, and helped clients navigate industry best practices.
Committed to professional growth, Santana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bay Path University in May 2026 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practice with a concentration in Management at Bay Path University. She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
