Monson Savings Bank Awards $30,000 in Scholarships to Local High School Graduates

The 2026 Monson Savings Bank Scholarship Ceremony was held on June 23, 2026 at the Scantic Valley YMCA. Scholarship recipients and their families were invited to attend a reception celebrating their achievements and the next chapter of their educational journeys. Guests enjoyed refreshments, connected with Monson Savings Bank team members, and celebrated the students' successes.
As in previous years, Monson Savings Bank awarded scholarships to graduating seniors from area high schools. This year's recipients were:
East Longmeadow High School
Minnechaug Regional High School
Monson High School
Ware High School
During the event, Kandy Tranghese, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, congratulated the scholarship recipients and their families on behalf of Monson Savings Bank.
"These students have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to their education, their communities, and their future goals," said Tranghese. "We are honored to support their continued success through our scholarship program.
