ArchitectureEL Honors a Decade of Dedication, Growth, and Leadership

East Longmeadow, MA - ArchitectureEL (AEL) is proud to celebrate Allison Lapierre-Houle’s remarkable milestone of 10 years of service with the firm. Since joining ArchitectureEL on May 31, 2016, Allison has played an integral role in the company's growth, success, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting team members.

Originally hired with the expectation of working 15–20 hours per week, Allison's role quickly evolved as her talents, dedication, and leadership became evident. Today, she serves as a cornerstone of AEL's operations, overseeing office management, bookkeeping, and a wide range of critical business functions.

"Allison has always looked out for AEL," said Kevin Rothschild-Shea, Principal Architect and Company Owner. "Her commitment to our firm, our clients, and our team has been unwavering. She consistently supports our mission to provide the highest level of service while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture."

Over the past decade, Allison's responsibilities have expanded far beyond traditional bookkeeping. In addition to maintaining the firm's financial records, managing cash flow, and paying bills, she works closely with AEL's project management team to integrate financial and operational processes that help keep projects running smoothly. Her expertise inncludes human resources, office insurance administration, employee retirement planning, and benefit programs.

Allison continues to grow and evolve, and we are pleased to announce her new title of “Business Operations & Process Improvement Manager”. Allison will bridge the gap between business health and design execution by improving the processes utilized by the team members. Her goal will expand on prior successes, and maximize efficiency by streamlining work processes, reducing waste and rework.  Allison will monitor and support the organization’s revenue growth targets while ensuring consistent project quality.

Her contributions strengthened the foundation of the company, enabling ArchitectureEL to continue growing while maintaining its commitment to excellence.

Outside the office, Allison is equally dedicated to her family. A proud mother, she enjoys spending time with her children and watching them flourish in the activities they love. She describes herself as a "hockey mom and dance mom through and through," enthusiastically supporting her kids every step of the way.

Allison is also a devoted Boston Bruins fan and embodies the same enthusiasm and energy in her personal life that she brings to work every day. As her colleagues often note, she's not someone who simply swims through life: she's the first one to jump into the pool.

As ArchitectureEL celebrates this significant milestone, the entire team extends its heartfelt gratitude to Allison for her loyalty, hard work, and countless contributions over the past ten years.
