Southampton, Mass. – The Applied Mortgage Team of HMA Mortgage is proud to open the doors to their new space, designed to better serve and support the community. They warmly invite community members to attend their Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the end of this month and celebrate this exciting new chapter together. 
 

  • WHAT: The Applied Mortgage Team of HMA Mortgage invites the community to their Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as they open their doors to their new space.
  • WHEN: Thursday, April 30th, 2026 from 4:00-6:00 PM
  • WHERE: Applied Mortgage, 15 College Highway, Unit A, Southampton, MA 01073
  • WHY: The Applied Mortgage Team of HMA Mortgage has relocated to a new first-floor space that offers improved accessibility, greater visibility, and a more open, welcoming environment. The new location supports a hybrid approach to mortgage services by enhancing virtual capabilities while maintaining a strong in-person experience. The updated layout also allows the team to host educational workshops, community events, and industry gatherings, further strengthening their role as a local resource and connector.
The event will include light refreshments, a flower truck from Finch Flower Co., an interactive photo backdrop, a testimonial video station, and an official ribbon cutting ceremony, offering attendees an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and experience the new space firsthand.
This event is free and open to all guests; however, attendees are encouraged to RSVP using the provided link to reserve their spot.
“This move was very intentional,” said Lindsay Barron LaBonte, Branch Manager of the Applied Mortgage Team. “We wanted a space that truly reflects how we serve people today: flexible, accessible, and built for connection. Our new location allows us to meet clients where they are, whether that’s virtually or in person, while also creating room for education, collaboration, and community events. We’re excited to open our doors in a way that feels more visible, more welcoming, and more aligned with the future of how people buy and own homes.”
