Lakeside Inn Announces Partnership with West Springfield's Lock and Key Realty

The historical ties run even more deeply, as owner Joe Sullivan’s grandfather, Barton P. Sullivan, owned an adjacent motor lodge, locally known as Sullivan’s Auto Inn, from the early 1900s through the mid-20th century.
The Sullivans are excited to announce their partnership with local real estate investors Marc Murphy, Jordan Healy, and Michael Rodgers, all of Lock & Key Realty in West Springfield, MA. Through this partnership, the property will be renovated to include boutique accommodations, locally-inspired dining, and direct access to Nine Mile Pond for paddling and relaxation.
When asked about the newly founded partnership, John Sullivan said, “Lock & Key Realty is a staple in Western Mass real estate investment and beyond. Having brokerage owners Marc and Jordan, along with longtime investor Michael Rodgers as part of our ownership group, provides a depth of knowledge and resources that will be integral in the revitalization of this historic property, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them on board!”
