SPRINGFIELD — BusinessWest announced that Dina McMahon, Morning Show Co-Host for the Kellogg Krew on 94.7fm WMAS; and LaTonia Monroe Naylor, Chief Business Educator at Monroe Consulting, LLC, President and CEO of Parent Villages, and 2024 BusinessWest Woman of Impact, will co-emcee the eighth annual Women of Impact awards gala.

The gala, hosted by BusinessWest, will take place on Tuesday, December 9 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Twin Hills Country Club in Longmeadow. Tickets cost $95 per person, and tables of 8 are available. They can be purchased at https://businesswest.com/eventcalendar/women-of-impact-2025/

This year’s honorees were featured in the October 27 issue of BusinessWest, published digitally at https://businesswest.com/issues/oct-27-2025/#p=1

The eighth annual Women of Impact program is presented by Country Bank and TommyCar Auto Group, sponsored by Bacon Wilson, P.C., and supported by Feel Good Shop Local and 94.7fm WMAS.

In 2018, BusinessWest created the Women of Impact program to honor women in the region whose lives reflect that title. There are so many different ways to create positive change in the world. The women honored through this program have been successful, inspiring, and, most importantly, impactful.
