Ana M. Parrelli Joins Monson Savings Bank as Business Development Officer



 Monson, MA – Monson Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Ana M. Parrelli has joined the Bank as Business Development Officer.

In this role, Parrelli is responsible for establishing and nurturing successful banking relationships with commercial and municipal deposit customers. She will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
 
With 25 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, specifically in the finance and banking industry, Parrelli brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-first mindset to the Monson Savings Bank team.
Prior to joining Monson Savings Bank, Parrelli served as the Vice President of Member Services and Community Development at LUSO Federal Credit Union. In that role, she oversaw retail operations, Human Resources functions, and community engagement initiatives. Before her time at LUSO, she dedicated 20 years to the American Red Cross Blood Services as District Manager of Donor Services for Western, Central, and Northeastern Massachusetts, where she was responsible for engaging organizations and institutions to support mobile blood collections and meet regional healthcare needs.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Parrelli is deeply committed to community involvement. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for ERC5 and Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts. She is also an active member of the Ludlow Rotary Club and serves on the Dementia-Friendly Task Force for the town of Ludlow.
