Springfield, Mass. – 52 Sumner, by Springfield Performing Arts Ventures, Inc. (“SPAV”), has become the hottest new venue in Greater Springfield. Since opening in the historic, but completely renovated, 125-year-old former church they have welcomed Grammy award-winning artist, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, as well as regional performers and break-out new artists; plus they’ve raised money, toys and food for the community. 52 Sumner Announces Schedule for Early 2025 Performances
Most recently, they’ve announced the first few performances of the new year:
● The 413s & The Midnight Riders on Saturday, January 25, doors open at 7pm
● Big Yellow Taxi – New England's premier Joni Mitchell tribute band on Saturday, February 1, doors open at 6:30pm

52 Sumner’s mission is to spark the artistic spirit within the urban community, providing a haven for creative expression, cultural enrichment, and personal growth through the arts. The venue opened in late 2023 after a year of renovation work, including installing a new sound and lighting system, and now a 125-year-old Springfield landmark has a new lease on life.
