Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
Pioneer Behavioral Health provides outpatient mental health and addiction treatment at its Longmeadow center, serving Longmeadow and surrounding Hampden County communities. The center offers partial hospitalization (full-day) and intensive outpatient (half-day) programs, along with aftercare planning. Licensed clinicians provide group, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, and trauma-informed therapy for substance use disorders and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Clients live at home and attend programming during the day or evening. Pioneer is accredited by the Joint Commission. The center is located at 175 Dwight Road, Longmeadow, MA 01106.
