Warehouse & Delivery Specialist

Allied Flooring & Budget Cabinets is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to support our warehouse operations and deliver cabinetry, flooring and building materials safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and delivery vans
• Load, unload, and secure material for delivery
• Deliver products to residential and commercial job sites in a professional and timely manner
• Inspect vehicles daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist customers and contractors during deliveries with excellent customer service
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for upcoming deliveries and customer pickups
• Assist with general warehouse operations and building maintenance, including keeping the warehouse and surrounding property clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, delivery, or material handling experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Forklift certification or experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently lift and carry 50+ pounds, with assistance for heavier items
• Comfortable moving large cabinetry, flooring and building materials throughout the warehouse and job sites
• Ability to climb stairs and transport materials between floors when necessary

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour/based on experience
