DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, November 19th\, from 10 am-11 am\, Representative Jake Oliveira\, will be hosting the legislature's joint committee on Consumer Protection & Professional Licensure (CPPL) for a field hearing/roundtable discussion on the future of outdoor dining in Massachusetts.  The meeting will take place at the Ludlow Senior Center.\n\n \n\nAs you know\, the Commonwealth took unprecedented steps early in the COVID-19 pandemic to expedite expanded outdoor dining options to support restaurants and preserve the safety of patrons.  Those provisions have been extended to May 1\, 2022.  CPPL Committee is tasked with reviewing these emergency measures and investigating commonsense reforms to make outdoor dining more accessible.\n\n \n\nThose who are interested in attending and participating in the discussion\, please contact Representative Oliveira at 413-206-6524.
