HR leaders are at the helm of managing these issues and crafting policies and strategies that both support their workforce (and their families) and also keep the company compliant and productive. This interactive panel session is designed to help managers and leaders build a better understandnig of mental health (i.e. Depression and Addiction) and the impact on the workplace and the HR role.
